In 2017, there are 39 women speakers @ iCEE.fest which means 30% of the total speakers invited to the festival.
Timeline of women speakers @ iCEE.fest:
- 2013: 19 speakers from a total of 90 (21,11%)
- 2014: 10 speakers from a total of 83 (12,04%)
- 2015: 10 speakers from a total of 101 (9,9%)
- 2016: 18 speakers from a total of 135 (13,33%)

On the first day of iCEE.fest (June, 15th), Thomai will host a debate about the essential role of women in tech and why this is crucial for the right development of the industry.
“Women in Tech by TailWind” will be held on the VIP 1 stage and the guests will be women participants at the festival with an extraordinary background in digital & tech.
From Creativity to VR & AR, from Ad Tech to eCommerce, from Marcom to e-Health and Content, here are some examples of highly qualified women speakers that will present at iCEE.fest:
- Meagan Lopez, Global Digital Business Director, The New York Times: she manages advertising operations and planning teams in London, Hong Kong and Paris
- Ela Moraru, Country Business Development Manager, Google: she drived the performance business verticals, in e-commerce and classifieds
- Catalina Ionescu, Client Partner eCommerce CEE, Facebook: she is focusing on developing and implementing omni-channel Shopper Marketing campaigns
- Paula Monteiro, Marketing Director, Wikitude: she brings solid experience in online marketing, social media and community management and is currently responsible for all sales and marketing activities at Wikitude
