Vlad is a Managing Partner in Mozaik, a privately held investment fund that provides growth capital to companies within CEE.

Previously, Vlad was one of the co-founders of Capital Partners, the leading Romanian investment banking boutique, coordinating the debt raising and later the M&A departments of the firm. in 2016 the firm was successfully sold to Banca Transilvania and transformed into a full-service investment bank called now BT Capital Partners.

Vlad graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
