One of Lilian's biggest achievements was implementing digital transformation to prevail over industry challenges. In 2016, she took a big leap from big corps to startups, joining 9GAG as the COO. Her role was to apply her management and people skills, business and marketing acumen to scale up its monetisation and business operations. Lilian left 9GAG late last year and is currently on her long coming career break.
