As the leader of newly founded TBWAHelsinki Innovation Lab, Juhana is in charge of using innovation, design thinking and emerging technologies to create things that raise above the noise into the culture. With the innovation lab he works with other agencies in the TBWA collective, as well as directly with local and global clients.

Juhana has been a part of the innovation team in Helsinki since 2012 building the culture of going beyond the regular in marketing. Although using emerging technologies is many times a part of his work, the key element for him is always the human story and how the technologies can provide opportunities of more immersive connection between brands and people.
