Cristina has 12+ years of experience in management consulting, training and, lately, mentoring teams in verticals like RD&I, entrepreneurship, tech startups, creative and cultural industries.

Cristina led RICAP Accelerator, the Romanian Innovation Commercialization Assistant Program built with & supported by US partners. She supports initiatives that close the gaps between local academic, research & innovation & startups aiming to increase the number of valuable products for meeting today & future societal needs.
