These insights enable companies to understand how customers go through their everyday lives, discover and anticipate the moments that matter most, and adapt their engagement to real-world behavior and real-time context.
Claudia is an expert in change of health behavior, mhealth and ehealth, both in clinical and research settings.
She has 30+ years of experience at international organisations (Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston – Spaulding Rehabilitation Center, Boston – John R. Graham Headache Center/Faulkner Hospital/Brigham&Women’s Hospital, Boston – University Hospital, Leuven). She was founder and managing director at BrandNewHealth, one of the first European companies offering effective and scalable digital health coaching programs to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Only recently her company was acquired by Sentiance to extend their ‘observe’ and ‘predict’ solutions with ‘change’ and ‘retain’.
Claudia has a Master in Psychology and PhD in Medical Sciences from from KULeuven and several postgraduate degrees (Behavioral Medicine at Biobehavioral Institute Boston, Neuropsychology at KULeuven, Health Psychology at Tufts University, Financial Management at Antwerp Management School).
