Cezara has been working with Expert Forum since 2014. She is a project coordinator within the rule of law and anti-corruption program. She has been involved in all electoral monitoring campaigns with Expert Forum since 2014. In recent years she has coordinated initiatives aimed at encouraging active citizenship through our teacher based program, School for Democracy, but also through workshops designed for youth on voting, democracy and civic education.  She is also involved in projects focusing on reform of the judiciary, integrity and anticorruption, both in Romania and in in Eastern Europe (Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia). She graduated from the Bucharest School of Law in 2013.
