Given the uncertainty facing a large number of public events around the world due to the progression of COVID-19, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone the event until October 1-2, 2020. The venue remains Grand Cinema Digiplex @ Baneasa Shopping City, Bucharest.

All valid ticket purchases for UPGRADE100 2020 (initial schedule) are eligible for a refund on the following conditions:

• You must send a refund request email to tickets@upgrade100.com, as communicated to all Ticket Holders, by June 15th, 2020 (Refund Deadline).
• Your ticket automatically transfers to UPGRADE100 (October schedule) unless you have applied for a refund before the Refund Deadline.
• Only the original purchasers are eligible for refunds under this policy. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number) within 21 days of sending the refund request email.

Alternatively, you may wish to transfer your ticket to UPGRADE 100, October 1-2, 2020. To do so, no action is required and your ticket will automatically transfer should you not apply for a refund by the refund deadline date.

Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid fees that remain after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted, and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss of any kind incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

We have published for our community 500+ presentations in The Virtual Festival. You can watch the archive (2016-2019) for free, if you set up an account.

Currently, to set up an account you need to create an user based on an email address and password.

That's easy: first, you need a ticket for our next festival or just a virtual festival ticket. YOU CAN BUY ANY OF THEM HERE or via your app: click BUY TICKETS in the menu and follow the instructions.

After you've purchased your ticket, in your app menu, click on MY MEMBERSHIP TICKET and scan the QR code you will receive via email (and/or enter the ticket no. manually if your camera does not support QR codes) or, on desktop, click on MY ACCOUNT and enter manually your ticket no.

If you’ve lost your password, just use the „Forgot Password” feature in the UPGRADE 100 mobile app or use the „Forgot Password” button after clicking LOGIN button on our web app. If you don’t remember your email used to activate our apps, contact us: tickets@upgrade100.com

We can change the username for you, upon request, and passwords can be changed at any time from your account. After log in, just check MY ACCOUNT settings, type the current password and then the new one and you’re set.

If you're happy with the archive only (2016 – 2019) you just need to create an account. If you want to check the 2020 presentations, you need a ticket for UPGRADE 100 festival 2020. Ticket can be purchased online,, here.
